ADVANCE NOTIFICATION - Ethanol Testing
The Canadian Pari-Mutuel Agency (CPMA) has reminded the horse racing industry and the provincial regulators of its research program to improve its detection of ethanol and its metabolites in horses.
As of February 13, 2012, official samples will be tested for ethanol, and any confirmed detection will be called positive.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FROM THE MPHRC
Horsemen please note that the MPHRC are advising that helmets must be fastened at all times when jogging or training on the track. Also, training suits are no longer suitable when going behind the gate to either race or qualify. Proper racing colors must be worn any time when going behind the gate.
SHIP INS FOR DAY TRAINING ARE RESTRICTED TO THE WASH BAY STALL SECTION OF THE PADDOCK BARN
All other areas are closed
THE PADDOCK BARN WILL BE LOCKED DAILY AT DUSK
Overnight stays in the paddock barn are strictly prohibited
Please remember to clean up daily
